Producing and printing high-quality books and volumes has always been at the core of Musumeci and Genoud’s activity, particularly in the luxury sector. From catalogues to celebratory volumes for major international brands in jewellery, watchmaking, and fashion, these projects have become our signature.
However, in recent months, we ventured into an entirely new sector: coffee.
Nespresso, the world leader in coffee beans, capsules, and beyond, presented us with a unique and fascinating publishing project: a book about coffee titled “The Nespresso Mystery”, written by Turkish-Swiss author Metin Arditi.
Nespresso approached us to print the volume, and we decided to make it truly unique by proposing to print it on paper made from recycled coffee grounds.
This one-of-a-kind publication, a first for Nespresso, offers readers an aromatic sensory experience while showcasing an eco-friendly printing process. The result is an invitation to immerse yourself in a "caffeinated book"—its thick pages, speckled with tiny fragrant coffee fragments, enchant and intoxicate the reader.
“The Nespresso Mystery” is featured in an in-depth article published in the digital edition of our annual magazine, ge.M.
Have a nice reading.
